An Eye for an Eye..incredible eye-wear!

As you all know, I love to shop! It does not matter if I'm buying a trendy tee or a cute fall pillow for my home, I love the feeling I get inside when I find the perfect piece! But, what if the joy and happiness I feel when shopping can be shared with another person in need? How great would that be! Well, it can! Warby Parker is a truly innovative company that not only provides affordable and quality eye-wear for their customers, but also returns the favor by donating a pair to a person in need. Warby Parker has beautiful designs for eyeglasses as well as awesome sunglasses.

Recently Warby Parker has teamed up with Leith Clark to provide retro inspired eye-wear. What's so great about this team up is not only the eye-wear itself, but Warby Parker will also be making a donation to The United Nations Foundation, Girl Up. Fleta

Ummmm...Helloooo! Let me introduce you to Fleta. I think of these as a party for your face. I mean come on, how could you have a bad day when you glance at yourself in the mirror wearing these beauties? I'm loving the pink lenses too!

Lilia // Lilia

Next up is Lilia. This duo comes in two options, the crystal clear lenses or with the pink lenses. What I really adore about the Lilia is the amazing gold hardware! Another very 70's vibe eye-wear that would pair greatly with a pouty pink lip and trendy bell bottoms! Don't forget to throw on a cute choker to finish off the look!

Oriel // Oriel

Meet Oriel! She too comes in two options of lens color. In my opinion the gold frames are what make these glasses a showstopper! The unique detailing stamped into the frames are just incredible. I think these will be a perfect addition to your upcoming holiday outfits!

Wednesday Jet Black // Wednesday Oak Barrel

Although these are named Wednesday, they are just perfect for any day of the week! I own plenty of reading glasses, but sadly mine are not nearly this cute! Throw on a pencil skirt, heels, and this handbag and you'll be voted best dressed!

Zelda // Zelda

Zelda is just as unique as her name! I'm loving the winged tips on these glasses. Also the gold nose piece is HEAVEN! I'd add a great cat-eye liner underneath to complete the look.

Valda

Last but certainly not least, my personal favorite, Valda. Gold and black..LOVE! Give me a black moto jacket and some over the knee boots and I'm Fall ready. I'm adding these to my Christmas wish list. Anyone else send pictures with links to their husband/boyfriend of things they want for Christmas? If not, you should really try it (ha!).

What a beautiful Fall day it is today! I'm loving the cool breeze in the morning! Today's #StyleChallenge was titled Pladitute. So, I decided to go with a Buffalo Check print and paired it with a cute gray cardigan. Also, my first time wearing my new choker! I'm loving it!

Wild Weekend

As the weekend is quickly making its exit, I thought I'd share my wild weekend plans. Really and truly, there was not a single thing wild about my weekend! The older I get the more I enjoy quite days a home. This weekend was a dream! First of all my inner nerd came out as I binged watch a marathon of Harry Potter thanks to Freeform! And, I've been stashing away some at home spa day items that I decided to finally use.

 First off was a hair mask. My hair has been user dry lately. My friend actually introduced me to this Moroccan Oil hair mask. It's incredible! She may or may not have left it at my house and I've been using it...shhhhhhh.

As the hair mask is doing its thing, I added a pair of under-eye DePuff eye pads to my face. The ones I used are by Global Beauty Care  {similar linked here}. I loved using them! It made my face feel tingly and stick really well to your face, which is perfect for when I was painting my nails! Typically in the summer time my go to color is white or a light pink, but for the fall I love gray tone! I feel like I've finally masted the art of painting my nails with my left hand (I'm right handed). That accomplishment should come with a gold metal!

After I washed out the hair mask, I added the Kendra Silkening Gloss to my hair. Oh My Gosh! This stuff smells AMAZING!! I actually overheard my hairstylist say that her friend uses this as a face primer too!

One of my newest favorite products is GLAMGLOW's Fizzy Lip Exfoliation Treatment. I always struggle in the Fall/Winter months with dry cracked lips. Trying to wear the matte lip kits are nearly impossible for me. All the color will just peel right off. That's why I was so happy to find this lip exfoliate. It smells great and more importantly works! At first I wasn't sold on it because it dried out my lips, but after using it for two weeks I have noticed a huge difference!

Lastly, my favorite part. Cooling Eye Pads! The brand I used was from Absolute New York {similar liked here}. This particular brand has they cooling eye pads in cucumber, kiwi, and aloe vera. All you  have to do is place the packs in the refrigerator before use.  I'll be honest, after 5 mins on my face, I fell right to sleep!

Fall..kinda..

It's still pretty hot outside in Texas, but every now and then we get a little bit of crisp cool air. The mornings are nice a cool which really makes me crave Fall weather! I love nothing more than a great scarf when it starts to get chilly out. Lately, I've been a little obsessed with all things in the brown, chestnut, cream and cognac. Here's a little taste of what wardrobe has been looking like lately.

I love this Tory Burch handbag! I actually snagged it on sale this past Spring and I knew that it would a great piece to have for the Fall. {Similar Tory Burch bag linked here} Also, who doesn't love leopard? I feel like leopard goes with anything..right?! {leopard scarf linked here and similar here}

Monogrammed Necklace{similar}//Choker//Leopard Sweater {similar}//Lace Up Top//Concealer 

Y'all know I'm obsessed with monogrammed necklaces! I just upgraded my mono to an even bigger size. I'm always getting compliments on it. In my opinion a monogrammed necklace is a must have. I purchased mine from Etsy, but here is a similar. Also, chokers are BACK! Just got mine in the mail and ready to start wearing it! This BP. Velvet Choker is oh so perfect! It's budget friendly! It also comes in faux leather linked here. Let's get back to my favorite color..leopard! You've got to have a leopard sweater for Fall. Why..just because. Here's two of my favs {here & here}. Lace up tops are really in right now. In my opinion, there is a fine line between tasteful and not tasteful when wearing one of these tops. That's why I love this one from Loft. Oh, and did I mention that it's 40% off right now? right now! YES!! Lastly, I had to add this concealer from Kat Von D. Seriously though, this is a life saver! I don't think I'll ever try a new concealer, it's that good!

By the way, I apologize for my picture quality. I'm working on a few issues with my camera.
