Christmas Bucket List

It's no secret that I am a total Christmas fanatic! I usually put my Christmas tree up in October (drives my husband crazy!), but since we hosted our first Thanksgiving at our house this year I had to hold off to put it up.
This is our first Christmas in our first home so the excitement is at an all time high! Plus, my neighborhood is alllllll about decorating for each holiday so I'm really excited to see everyone's home lit up.
Since it's not officially December yet, I thought I'd jot down some ideas of things that I want to do before the Christmas season is over. I'm a big list person, so why not create a Christmas Bucket List?!

So far, here are my Top 5 to dos on my Bucket List!

1. Go to a Christmas Tree Farm (check!)
So, this one is checked off the list. While driving around our new town, we discovered that there is a Christmas Tree Farm down the road from our house, how convenient right?! It's just the most adorable place! The smell of all the trees are just AMAZING! There's nothing like it!
Top // Necklace // Jeans // Boots // Handbag
Even though we did not buy a real tree, we still had a blast just walking through the rows of trees and enjoying the beautiful weather. I'm typically more of a "fake" tree type of girl, less maintenance and I can put it up whenever I want! Here's our tree for this year! I LOVE it!
My favorite ornament! Cleo!

2. Walk the neighborhood and look at Christmas lights
One night when it's a little cooler outside, my husband and I are planning on taking a walk around the neighborhood (with Cleo of course) to check out all the Christmas lights. We live in a smaller neighborhood, but these people sure love to decorate for all of the holidays! We were shocked to see how many people decorated their yards for Halloween, so I'm sure that Christmas will be even bigger!

3.Wear a "Ugly Sweater"
For the past couple of years, my office does a Ugly Sweater contest. This year, I'm playing to win! I think I might have to create my own just to give me an edge. But, here are some I'll use for inspiration! (affiliate links)

4. Go to Santa's Wonderland or Zoo Lights (or BOTH! :) )
This has been something that I've wanted to do for YEARS! I'm thinking this year we will actually go! Santa's Wonderland and Zoo Lights look so beautiful! All the lights and festivities just make my Christmas loving heart so happy! Have any of y'all been to either? If you had to choose one, which one would you choose?

5. Watch Christmas movies all month long!
This one is not hard to accomplish at all thanks to the Hallmark Channel! Y'all, I love Christmas movies. I wrote a post last year about my top favorites, you can click here to read that post. Do y'all watch the Hallmark Channel's Christmas movies? What's your favorite one so far? Mine is Marry Me at Christmas!

I hope that I have inspired you to create your own Christmas Bucket List!
