37 Weeks Pregnant: Nursery Reveal
I can not believe how fast the pregnancy is going! I'm probably the only person who says that at this point, but to me these last few weeks of my third trimester have flown by!
We've finally put the finishing touches on Wilson's nursery so I wanted to share what all we've done to make our little guy's room special. I really had a hard time decorating/ putting together his room to be honest. I never really wanted a "theme" mostly because there are so many cute ideas out there that it was really hard for me to just pick one and stick with it. So, what I did was to try to keep it as simple as possible but incorporate all the "cute" things that I loved from other peoples nursery posts. My husband is a HUGE baseball fan so I initially thought we'd just have a sports themed nursery, but my husband did not want to put too much baseball things in his room in case he actually grew up to hate sports (the thought of that would just crush my husband! He can not wait to coach his first t-ball team!). So, we did little bits and pieces of baseball items as well as some very plain, simple pieces to keep it not so "themed". Wilson's nursery room is pretty small, but it was important to me that we fit all the necessary things in his room while not looking cluttered. I know many of you veteran moms are thinking..girl, you're baby is never going to even sleep in that crib! You may be right, but I do really, really intend on trying to get him to sleep in his room as soon as I can. We will see :)
Most everything that you see in the pictures below have been linked for you to use shop-able affiliate links. Some of the items were gifted to us and some were handmade by my mom. When you click on the link it will take you straight to the website where you can purchase or see pricing for each item. If you do purchase the item after you click on one of my links, I will make a small commission {Just being completely honest!}. I really do appreciate those of you who have used my links for purchasing items that I have blogged about. I love sharing and posting about things I love and am so happy that you all are loving them too!
Enough blabbing...Here's Wilson's Nursery!
*Disclaimer: I know that you are not suppose to use bumper pads, they are strictly on for decorations and will be removed when the baby is placed in the crib.
