Who doesn't love make up? I know I do! But, let's be honest, sometimes it's frustrating trying to find the right foundation for your skin type or the perfect shade of lipstick that's not going to dry out your lips. Who hasn't had that moment where you look in the mirror 4 hours after you've applied your make up and been horrified at the way it looks?
I know I have. I've struggled for years finding the right foundation and primer duo that would last me throughout the day. Some foundations would leave my skin looking patch or dry. But, I finally found my no fail daily make up routine that keeps my face looking the same as it did at 5:30 this morning as it does at 7:30 at night when I'm sweating through a baseball game. I thought I'd share my favorite high-end and drug store finds that use almost daily.

I start each morning my applying this primer to my face. It truly makes my skin soooo soft and my foundation really sticks to it. If I need a little under the eye help, I use this product by Dr. Brandt. Y'all this stuff works! I've been having some trouble sleeping lately (hello week 19 of pregnancy) so lately this has been an everyday product that I use. Now it's time for foundation. I use my favorite foundation (ivory beige) and use this foundation brush to apply it. This foundation is KEY to keeping my face looking good all day! If you only purchase one item on this list, you have to get the foundation. Seriously, you'll thank me.

Next, I use this concealer and blend it with a damp BeautyBlender. I use the color fair neutral in the concealer and like to pick a shade that is a few shades lighter than my foundation because it helps to brighten up the under eyes. I then set my under eye with this powder (in the shade transparent) using this puff. I know, I know, this is just a regular ol powder, not a setting powder, but hey I like it and use it so yeah.. Then I set my entire face using this setting powder and this brush. I like using a big fluffy brush with the setting powder because it makes it go on lightly and not patchy. The key is to make sure that your face is not "tacky" feeling after you've applied your setting powder. If it feels "tacky" in places then add more setting powder in that area.

Contoring is next! I use this bronzer to contor my cheekbones, the sides of my nose, my hairline, and my jawline using this brush. This contoring brush is similar to the Nars brush in my opinion but a fraction of the cost! Then I blend out all the contor using this kabuki brush. I then us my favorite drug store bronzer on my cheeks as blush and down my neck and chest using this brush again.

For my eyes, I use this eye-shadow pallet. I use the color Naked 2 in my crease using this brush and then Foxy on my lid and Venus on my brow bone using this brush. Now, this is a little unusual, but I use the same pallet to fill in my eyebrows! I know, weird. But the color Faint works perfectly for filling in my brows. I use this brush (can't beat this eyebrow brush!).

I love a good winged eye and the best eyeliner to use to get a perfect wing is this one. I'll never switch to a different eyeliner. One other product I'll never give up is this eyelash primer. It makes a HUGE difference! For mascara, I have new favorite at the moment. This mascara really makes your eyelashes long and separated. I use to love a more chunky look to my eyelashes, but this mascara gives a more natural look.

I finish up with a new favorite lipstick from Mac. The color is Velvet Teddy and it is so pretty! I hate it when my lipstick dries out my lips and makes them peel. This Mac lipstick is so moisturizing! Finally the last thing I do is spray my entire face with this setting spray.
